6/10/19 ***Going with the flow

Perhaps it is good to take it easy on Saturdays and Sundays.  Like today, I woke up at 12:00 pm.

The most important thing is not to lose sight of the big picture; which is to be thin and fast.  To do that I need to diet and exercise.

Having said that, I need to be mindful that this is a life long journey.  It is an instillation of the daily habits.

I need to lose weight.  To do that I need the ability to withstand hunger.  I also need to avoid sugar.

The formula is very easy.  Watch what you eat and move more.

I got to watch when I sleep.

So if I do as I plan, I will be OK.

I don't need to over analyze the situation.  Basically I just do,  I have too much time on my hand.
