I woke up before the alarm. It is a good day. I am well rested.
I had a weird dream of discovering a subterranean world. That just it, a dream.
I'll try to walk faster today. Definitely I'll sprint at the end.
I may run even.
Mentally I am pretty alert.
I'm thinking of going to Lembah Kiara. Seems like a worthwhile effort. But after thinking about the traffic, I say forget it.
It's not that I'm happy that I exercise, it because I exercise therefore I am happy.
I must persist.
Today is October 14th. I better start tuning in to the fitness goal. Half an eye is better than no eye. Walking is better than sitting around. I am moving towards running 5 km. I better start with some running today. Don't think, just do.
I am so ahead of myself today. So I'll exercise at 7:15 am, a 30 minutes improvement.

I like to dedicate the next 10 minutes to my watch.
The Mudman is fantastic. It is a perfect exercise tool. Not only it is pleasing to the eyes, i[s] is so practical. It will be a different world without the Mudman.
There are new variations of the Mudman. But I don't need the thermometer, barometer and the compass.
Couple this with the Casio Tough Solar, they are perfect match.
Too bad my Jaybird X4 is faulty. Now I have to make do without it. Shit, I bought it in February and already it is busted.
