17/10/19 ***I cannot sleep tonight.

Normally one night per week I cannot sleep.  Usually it is on Thursday.  I am tempted to eat some bread and drink milk to make me feel drowsy.  However I decided not to break the OMAD Streak.

As for the AHAD, I'll do it at 10.00 am as a mall walk.  The gout is back but it is very mild.  I am still on medication so I hope it won't escalate.

I should stick to my success formula:

  • Exercise AHAD
  • Eat OMAD
I need discipline, persistence and consistency.  If I cannot do AHAD and OMAD for 90 days, it will be difficult to convince Lizzie that I will be doing Extended Fasting for 21 days.

I go to bed at 12:30 am.  Don't think, just do.

I got to stick to my routine no matter what.  How long will I stay awake?

I will sleep by 1:00 am and wake up at 6:00 am.

Gotta go...
