I don't need substance to change my state. I can change my state by:
- Exercising AHAD daily
- Having a nice shower after that
- Wearing nice perfume
- Appreciating myself in the mirror
- Wearing 2 variations of watches at a go
- Ability to withstand hunger for 24 hours
- Taking an afternoon siesta
- Listening to Absolute Classic Rock
- Reading an eBook
- Writing the blog
- Looking at Al Araf 7:7
- Looking at Chester reclining with Naga Naga as the backdrop
- Looking at Sailbad the Sinner
- Driving in my bestseller Myvi
- Having the comfort of wearing a well-fitted glasses
So if I can fight cigarettes and cannabis, I can fight SUGAR and STARCH too.
This morning I realized one important matter. For the past 2 weeks the quality of my life had improved so much because of these four things:
- The ability to sleep well
- The ability to wake up early in the morning
- The ability to exercise everyday
- The ability to withstand hunger
