This is the design I was looking for. The option I was considering costs RM680. So when I found one selling this cheap, I simply cannot resist. This will be a good add on to the collection. A military watch that doesn't costs a bomb.
What I like about this watch besides being an analog is the ability for me to see the day and date at a glance. Also the timer is 24 hours. The battery lasts for 10 years.
Most likely this is my day watch.
For a RM118 watch it looks very promising.

If I am to stand alone as an Athlete4Life, I have to be different for the masses. The way I eat, my lifestyle and even my mindset must be different.
We are talking about being in the 3% of the population. I need to be different.
For one thing, I should not waste money on spending senselessly. I should only spend on things that create maximum utility with minimum expenditure. The exception probably being the running shoes. Other things are disposables.
Even perfumes need not be the top of the line. Nevertheless, I like the current collection that I have although I don't mind to wear the Adidas perfume on daily basis and wear the other perfumes that I have now once in a while. However I don't think I should compromise on perfumes.
As for casual clothes, I had discovered H&M, an Australian based company. Therefore the size is more accurate.
As for the sporting good, I need to only invest in shorts. If I get thin, I have plenty of tops.
As for watches, they are disposable every 15 years to 20 years. I probably keep a Mudman for as long as I live and a dress watch. I can say that my watch collection is complete.
I should stop spending from this point on. I have plenty of clothes, watches, shoes, perfumes, sports attires and gadgets. I don't need to spend anymore until next year.
-----------------
The focus is intrinsic in nature. To be able to exercise AHAD and to eat OMAD. If I am thin and fast I have plenty of clothes to wear. I feel great too.
Really, I live in excess no[t]. The watch is the last of my indulgences. I had been looking for such a product. I am fully satisfied with it.
What I should be concentrating is to eat less and less frequent. I should also stop buying the same thing more and more expensive. If I do that then I basically do away with senseless spending in my life. I need to boost my immediate reserve to RM1750. Which means I need to save for 3 months. Now I have RM1100.
I should learn from Lizzie. She eats the cheapest food and she hardly buy things for herself. I am a big spender compare to her.
--------------------
This OMAD is really liberating. I am no longer hungry. This is DAY 7.
There are much to achieve within this 3 months:
- Start 5 km run 21/10/19
- Blood Test 20/11/19
- Meeting Amarpreet 3/12/19
