This is only OMAD DAY 10 but the hunger challenge is tremendous. I bet it has to do with me quitting Nicorette as well.
The ability to withstand hunger is the most important action I have to take to solve my weight and inflammation problems.
Also it is my prerequisite to make it to the 21 days Extended Fast in Ramadan.
Therefore I cannot loosen the grip on this single most important requirement. That is the only way I will be thin and fast.
I need 2 weeks to withdraw from sugar and to be fat adapted. There is no partying until I cross 72 kg. I had crossed 82 kg this year. Until the time comes when I cross 72 kg, I will still [t]o AHAD and OMAD.
When I cross 72 kg I'll treat myself to a Surf and Turf lobster and steak at Old School Steakhouse TTDI.

It is very tempting to eat crackers and peanut butter tonight and declare today as a 16/8 day. However, if I do that I am shortchanging myself. So rather than sabotaging myself, I might as well set an inspiring goal to aim for and enjoy the journey to get there.
72 kg is a worthwhile goal to go for.
If I can do 72, I can do 62. If I can do 62 then I can do 57.
The real marker is 72 kg. At 72 I am already a serious runner. I can wear size 30" pants.
Must stick to the basics; exercise AHAD and eat OMAD.
