13/10/19 ^^^A short note on Nicorette and losing weight

Nicorette will increase insulin.  So in order for me to lose weight, I should not continue with Nicorette.

It seems the best foods for me are:

  • Moringa
  • MCT Oil
  • Fish Oil
  • Butter
I need to go easy on rice.  In order to do that I should eat the above food before I eat my regular meal.

The key here is to reduce insulin.  That way I will have access to the fat storage.

Whenever I feel like eating carbs, remember the pain of gout inflammation.  Remember the ever increasing belly.  Remember the need for bigger and bigger clothes.  Remember the loss of energy.

All these are not worth the trouble.

All I need is 3 months to get to 62 kg and another 4 months to get to 57 kg.  This is a worthy ideal.  

Happiness is when I am thin and fast.  Happiness is when I can run Bukit Kiara again.  Happiness is when I start wearing my old pants.

I need to fight this.  It's not a one way street.  I am a fighter.

The answer is eating OMAD and exercising AHAD.  That is the basic building block.

No more sugar and beginning tomorrow, I will do away with starch.  Instead, I will eat Moringa, MCT Oil, Fish Oil and butter.  If I am hungry I will eat these foods.

THE CULPRIT IS RICE!

Hunger with only last for 5 minutes.

When hungry, drink water.

This is a worthy ideal.  I am reversing my weight gain and my metabolic aging.

Imagine what I will be like having to weight 57 kg.  The speed of my run.  The change in life style.  NO MORE INFLAMMATION.


I got to do this.  I am sculpting my own Statute of David.
