24/10/19 ***I had a feast today.

I went to the hospital for my medication.  But after 45 minutes I walked off.  I feel fine, I said.

After all I had been taking the medicine for 2 months.  With the change of diet and OMAD, I think I can manage the gout.

Today I bought lunch at the food truck:

• 2 Eggs
• Tempe
• Beef
• Green Veges

All for RM8.  That is like 2 bucks.  Well worth it.  On top of that I don't pay parking.  So that is a 65% savings.  In addition I made my own Nescafe Gold with creamer.  Beats the Indian Bistro's coffee anytime.

I am so charged up after the meal.

Did some checking on the Jaybird X4 earphone warranty.  There is none.  Looks like RM399 just went down the drain after only 7 months.  I had set my eyes on this bone conducting technology:

It's the same price but with 2 years warranty.
