11/10/19 ^^^No matter is small matter

So today is 2MAD.  Nothing much I can do about it.  Tomorrow I must persist to stick to OMAD.

I want to lose another 500 grams tomorrow.

Be mindful of hedonic adaptation trap.


This slipped up is no small matter.  If I am not careful I will lose my grip and pretty soon I will lose the whole program.

So tomorrow I must exercise and I must eat OMAD.  No compromise.  That is the minimum for this to work.
