At last a simple formula that I can follow:

• Exercise AHAD
• Eat OMAD.

All it takes is for me to take care of these two.  The rest will fall into place.

I have to watch one major factor. I got to sleep before 11:00 pm.  Last night was 1:00 am.  That means I only sleep for 5 hours.

The effect is the [] (weight) reduction stalled.

This morning my thought is on the Casio HDC-700-9A:

I don't see a valid reason to buy it except to pair it with the Limited Edition.  I like it much.  Seldom I buy things simply because I just simply like it.  Every purchase much like the Al Araf 7:7 members, has to be justified.  Otherwise it is redundant.

Let me list down the reasons why I should not buy it:

• The setting is one direction
• All the functions I can get in the Limited Edition

Now what are the reasons why I should buy:

• The main appeal is the gold tou[g]h goes well with the limited edition
• For goodness sake, it is only RM118.  Another 10 and a 1
• I like the design very much.  It is my only military watch
• The day and date are on the same screen
• It is a positive display.  I will never get a negative display ever
• The timer is 24 hours
• It has snooze function
• It has hourly beep
• It is nice to look at.  It looks elegant
• The battery lasts for 10 years
• If not for the one direction setting, this is a PERFECT watch
• This is definitely a winner, something that I will treasure for a long time

Well, this is a clear winner to me.  I think I'll get it.

The Black Gold is the most good looking and the most elegant.  I think I made a good choice adding it to my collection.  The other two look cheap especially the middle one.

This is certainly my most enjoyable You Tube video of all time!  Such a joy watching all these superb looking watches.  It is also fun to know that one of my watches made it in the list.  I bet when he released this video the Casio HDC-700 is still not out yet.  It is cheaper than the Casio Tough Solar.

I know how this guy feels about his collection.  It's the same feeling that I had when I discovered each of my watches.  Looking at how excited he is makes me recall my own enjoyment of buying my watches.  It was a spectacular experience.

These are nice affordable divers but they are all automatic.  It is a good reminder why I got the two Seiko Solar.  I hate automatic.  There is nothing more hateful about a watch than having an automatic movement.  Probably its one of the two reasons why I will not buy a watch.  The second being the negative display.
