12/10/19 OMAD DAY 5 - The key is on being consistent daily

I must exercise daily and I must eat OMAD daily.

No amount of motivation can equate to these two actions taken on [on] daily basis.

  • Do it immediately
  • Do it excessively
  • Without excuse
I must be thin.




Thin equals able to run Bukit Kiara.  That equals ultimate happiness..

Today is a good day.  I managed to do brisk walk and sprint.

Michelangelo chiseled the Statute of David everyday for 3 years.  I am only on DAY 5.



I must walk everyday until I can run 5 km.

No more Nicorette.  I am eating clean.

DISCIPLINE, PERSISTENCE. CONSISTENCY

On Day 5 I can already start running voluntarily.

I can do this; exercise every morning and eat OMAD.

I need to be thin and fast.

I am also chiseling my own Statute of David.

As usual, it feels great after shower.

I got to get used to the feeling of hunger..
