14/10/19 ^^^Everything went great

Today's morning exercise was fabulous.  I was very energetic.  Manage to run walk.  Then towards the end of the routine I had a good sprint.

Certainly I am getting better.

I greatly reduced the consumption of Nicorette.  Today I only consumed 2.  I need to get rid of the insulin.  Otherwise I will not be able to burn the fat.

The fasting is not so bad at all.  The hunger came in waves but it is something that is bearable.

I look forward to eat LCHF today with Moringa, MCT Oil and Fish Oil.  As for the meal, I'll be having chicken, 2 eggs and cabbage.

I will avoid rice entirely.

I was super alert last night.  I drove faster that usual when I sent Mopey back to campus.

Looks like the ketones is taking effect.

All I care is to be thin as fast as I can so that I can start running in the morning.

This fasting state is really good.  I look forward to my meal of the day.  Not only that, I look forward to the daily progress in weight loss.

I only set two conditions for me to achieve everyday:

  • Exercise AHAD
  • Eat OMAD
That is as simple as it can get for me to win the day.  The result will be the more energy to exercise and the weight reduction; the requirement to be thin and fast.

This time around I'm not going to fuck up.  I basically had set 3 months for me to lose 30 kg.  I will give it all that I got.  I a fighter and this is my battle.

Enough is enough.  Nothing else works.  I tried Atkins, I tried Ketogenic Diet and I tried 16/8.  Nothing compare to OMAD.  This protocol is the prerequisite for me to go for the 21 Days Extended Fast in Ramadan.

Fuck inflammation.  Fuck sugar.  Fuck inertia.  Fuck SSIDSLIP.  I will make it.  I will weigh 57 kg this Ramadan.





Shit.  I WILL run a 4 hours marathon next year.  That is my gold aim.  My silver aim is to run a half marathon and my bronze is to do a 12 km Hill Run.
