11/10/19 ***I slipped today

Had bread, ice cream, Nescafe latte and raisins.

I was so starving of sugar.

Never mind.  This is DAY 4.  So I was a little bit hungry.

At night I had dinner.  So this is no longer OMAD.  I don't know what to call it.  So for argument's sake I shall [] it 2MAD.

It is worth noting that in curbing my appetite, I need to curb sugar and carbs.  If not there will be a carbs creep.

I had quit Nicorette.  It's not that bad.  I have the Eclipse Mint.

So today I slipped.  I got to make sure I don't keep on slipping.  Especially on weekends.

Also it is important to exercise tomorrow morning.  It has to be CONSISTENT DAILY EFFORT for me to be able to lose 30 kg and run Bukit Kiara.  Today is already the 11/10/19.

Tonight I sleep at 11:00 pm so I can wake up at 6:00 am tomorrow.  I NEED TO PERSIST.  I only have one week to start running 5 km.

I feel the void created by Nicorette.  It's not as bad as cigarette.  I managed to curb it with Eclipse Mint.
