2/10/19 ***The best way to be happy is to create your own happiness

As the model explains, you go to be happy first.  Then only you do, then you have.

How do we be happy?  Live in gratitude and live below the means.

However there is a flaw in the model.  We cannot be happy in order to exercise.  Therefore we need to exercise to be happy.  The state of the mind is influenced by the body.  Hence motion creates emotion.  We need to be on the move to invoke the various neurotransmitters to make us feel good.

Therefore I am determined to pursue Virtual Perfection by following the principle of Acta Non Verba.

The first one month is the hardest.  Once I get into the groove, I will be fine.

The actual arrangement should look like this:  GREAT WORK => BE HAPPY => BIG SUCCESS

It has to be biased for action.  The Law of Cause and Effect need to take place in order to it to produce result.

---------------

Now back to my relationship with Els.  I KNOW I need to break the ties in order for me to be independent.  There should not be any dependencies whatsoever in order for me to remain steadfast on my mission.

As it is my last expenditure is a waste of money.  So the lesson is no more spending on others unless it is a sure deal like a Gaysha.  Otherwise I stick to micro purchase.

It is a worthwhile lesson.  That will be the benchmark for the future.  I can actually save a lot of money by just spending on myself.

-----------------

What is really worth spending money on nowadays?  Clothes I got, perfumes I got, shoes aplenty, food I have my ration.  All in all I don't need to spend on anything.

Even books, I can download.  Basically I am not deprived of anything if I don't spend.  Occasionally I treat myself with sport clothes of a nice meal.  Otherwise I don't need to spend unnecessarily.

Oh yeah, I'll watch the movies instead of going for a swim.

-----------------

I should focus on being in isolation.  That is the only way I can make it happen for myself.

I am back to listening to Lite.fm.  It helps me stay focus on my mission.
