12/10/19 ***It's a wet day

I am very satisfied that I had quit Nicorette.  Although I ended sleeping before and after lunch, I am very happy that I exercised for 1 hour today and I eat OMAD. 

That fulfilled my requirement to function for today.

I got to make the rules as simple as possible:

  • Exercise for 1 hour
  • Eat OMAD
If I can do these daily for the next 3 months, I will definitely see positive results:
  • Reduce inflammation
  • Weight loss
  • Reduce insulin resistance
  • Increase HGH
  • Increase BDNF
  • Can run again
I am chiseling my own Statute of David.  I am creating my own masterpiece.  Therefore I have to keep my eyes on the ball on daily basis.  

Only 2 things - exercise for 1 hour and eat OMAD.

Without Nicorette I feel that there is a void I have to deal with.  That is how bad I had been dependent on nicotine.

So this next 2 weeks I am fighting sugar as well as nicotine withdrawal.  Hopefully the inflammation will get away and I can start running again by 21/10/19.

I got to stick to the basics.  No ice cream, Nescafe Latte, bread, Buah Melaka.  Except for rice, there should not be any sugar and starch.

It is funny though.  Since I quit Nicorette, I feel so so so ordinary.  Definitely no more magic.  I do feel a void.  I also tend to be less imaginative.

Like right now, this is the best I can produce.  I tend to be a little agitated too.

I didn't expect to have a withdrawal effect with Nicorette.  Obviously there is.
