I have 2 1/2 months to withstand hunger.  I need to be committed to the whole program.  I am talking about losing THIRTY KG!  By end December 2019 we are talking about hitting 62 kg.

I have 3 variations:

• MILITARY

• COVERT MISSION

• SPECIAL OPS

These variations determine my mindset of the time.  Also they will determine the tone of the day when I write the blog. 

MILITARY variation is when I am into strategic and administrative matters.  COVERT MISSION is when I'm doing research and when I'm red lighting. Of course my favorite is SPECIAL OPS mainly because  it means business.  

These variations are also my way of dealing with my 3 ego states.  The PAC in Transactional Analysis.  For example MILITARY is about planning, COVERT MISSION is about thinking through and SPECIAL OPS is about taking action.

I tested all three variations and they fit into the Meta Model exactly.

Footnote:  I can still smell the aroma of the Grilled Chicken from the Section 19 Food Bazaar since this afternoon.  I kinda enjoying it at this moment.

Back to the 6 PAC Army Variation...  So now I have my Special Team intact with Star Wars Black Dress (SWBD) manning the Mission Control.

This is a superb Meta Model to subscribe to.  Already I am so compartmentalized in my thoughts.  It's like Edward De Bono Six Thinking Hats and Six Action Shoes.

I shall call mine the 6 PAC Army Variations.

Footnote:  I don't need many friends really.  What I need are Value Added Companions.  In that sense I only need:

1. Munek
2. Rosli
3. Zizi
4. Sashi
5. Jamili
6. Yati
7. Azzue
8. Ameezan
9. Glen

I know this may seem very impersonal, but the truth is I have to be mindful of those people I make friends with.  There are not many real friends.  A real friend should be willing to share moments with you because they are your friends.  Not just when the times are good.

I realized that the only worthy friends I have are 9.  The question is am I worthy to be their friend?

What does a man who has everything like Munek needs?  If I am him, I just need a good company.
