13/10/19 ###I am so lethargic today

After my Nasi Lemak, I had a snooze.

I am in no mood to do anything.

What I should do is to stick with OMAD for a week and see the real result before giving in to hunger.  I should not quit Nicorette too soon.

Now with Nicorette I feel much better.

I have to get to 62 kg by end of December. My strategy is eat less, move more.

By Ramadan I should achieve 57 kg.

Which means by end of this week I need to be at 88 kg.

The key is the ability to withstand hunger.

I slipped for 2 days.  I must not slip today.  There is no excuse. I have Nicorette.

Very important is to eat clean.

I feel much better when I fast.  I am lighter and my thoughts are clearer.  Nothing is more motivating when I exercise than to see the weight sliding down.  Because I slipped for 2 days I was back to square one.

This time I should not give in to hunger.  Hunger only lasts for 5 minutes.

The immediate goal is to improve my health markers before my blood test in 20/11/19

The joy of not eating is greater that the joy of eating UNLESS if I eat healthy food.

I have all the time in the world to improve my health.  I don't have any excuse to be unhealthy.

Furthermore, I have to prove to my siblings that I am in better position than them.  This is a lifelong marathon.

With the knowledge and the time that I have, I should be better off than them.  Less is more.

I should be serious about my Mount 57 goal.  I win the battle one day at a time.

I should start taking Moringa again.

I should continue taking MCT Oil and Fish Oil.

I should also reintroduced butter.
