17/10/19 ^^^The Mindset of Athlete4Life

I haven't given [] thought on this.

Basically as an Athlete4Life my topmost priority is to achieve endurance, strength, speed and flexibility.

Therefore at least I should implement the Mini Emperor's Routine.

Of course as an Athlete4Life the main thing is the ability to take action.

I have all the components in place.  Now is to put them together.

--------------------

The hunger pang is gone now.  Don't think too much about food.  It's just a matter of conditioning.  If I can last OMAD, I can last 21 Days Extended Fasting.

--------------------

9:15 pm:  I caved in to dinner.

So my diet is three tiers:

  • Either LCHF OMAD or
  • OMAD or
  • 2MAD
Looks like today is 2MAD.

Rightfully, if people can withstand 21 days without food, they should be able to last equal length by doing OMAD.  Maybe I am not getting enough calories from LCHF OMAD.  It doesn't make sense really.  If people can last for 3 weeks without eating, I should be able to withstand OMAD for 10 days.

It feels good eating rice though.

---------------------

Well as I advised Yati, I reset.  What I'll do is I'll eat LCHF OMAD for 3 days and I eat OMAD for 1 day.  That is better than the 2MAD.

I think my calories are too low.  Still don't make sense.  The simple answer is I MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO WITHSTAND HUNGER WITH LCHF OMAD.

However the stated protocol is good enough for me.  Let's simply call it Protocol 3:1

It boils down to the same issue when I was doing Ketogenic Diet.  I was ravenously hungry.

I should try my best to withstand hunger with LCHF OMAD for 3 days and then do a normal OMAD on the 4th day.

The judge is the weigh reduction progress.  As long as I am reducing weight and my health markers are improving, then I am on the right track.  I think OMAD is the right protocol.  As usual I am being ambitious with LCHF OMAD.
