4/11/19 ###OMAD DAY 28 - I need to stay committed

This is DAY 28.  I had not been consistent enough with my diet plan.  All I got to do is eat enough calories.  That I had not been doing.

As of today I had enough of the past 20 years:

  • I'm not going to entertain any more thoughts on religion, God and the afterlife
  • I will not take anymore substance.  Not even artificial sweetener if I can help it
  • I will not make stupid mistakes like illegal parking, speeding and buying fake items
  • I WILL LOSE 30 KG before 2022
  • I will run 11 km hill consistently come 2020
  • No more 3 Cs.  No more living dangerously
  • I will spend less than RM100 a month
  • I will save RM200 a month
  • I will exercise AHAD and eat OMAD for the rest of my life
  • I will not waste my time and money socializing
Basically what I'm saying is past 1/10/19, I am living responsibly.

Personal thought on the standard shift Axia.  I think I just keep the car.  It's a damn good car.  However I like my Myvi better.  To think that I will downgrade to a shift stick from an automatic is uncalled for.

Let's be selfish.  Think of keeping the Myvi for myself.  So if Mopey needs a car, we get her a new one.  My car is mine.

I got to get used to not having Nicorette.  I feel so ordinary.

This is the part of my life that you have to get used to Sarah. In the end, I am just another ordinary person.  Nothing special at all.

I also need to minimize rules.  It all  depends on my Meta Model.  So I do away with Meta Model, I'll do away with rules.

For example, if I get my refund and don't buy a new watch, I actually have RM147 in the bank.  That is better than spending another RM100 to complete the VARIATION.

Just keep the rules simple.  Money out is expense and money in is asset.

So I got to say no often.
