15/11/19 ###I decided to take a walk with Ar Razi this morning

It's worth the effort.  We talked about health in particular.  He had lost 20 kg within 2 years.  The key is he doesn't eat carbs on weekdays.  So 5 days he is on a strict regimentation.  On weekends he let loose.

I have to be more strict with my own diet.  I should not be eating carbs on weekdays too.  Yesterday I eat normal and true enough today I gain weight.

I believe in OMAD.  I should stick with OMAD.  My problem is I am not strict enough.  On top of that I chew Nicorette.  The battle is still on.

The key is consistency.

It has to be a lifestyle for it to work.

Aaah...  LCHF lunch.  I like that very much.  Unlike eating carbs, this type of eating makes me very alert.  It is easy on the stomach too.

Today I'll make full attempt to stick with OMAD.  I have to.  I am not producing the desired result.

The idea is to live in the Eye of the Tornado.  I must achieve Oneness with my surrounding.  I need to stay on course with whatever I am pursuing.  The best way to describe this is about being centered.

When I am centered I become one with everything around me.  Then only I flow.  It is worth noting that life itself is a flow.  I don't know where I am going but I am surely on my way - Carl Sagan.


Today there is no awakening.  It is a good day but it is an ordinary day.  A good day starts with AHAD followed by OMAD.  Then the rest of the day is reclining towards a good rest in the evening.  Therefore it is not necessary to exercise in the afternoon.

The day should be filled with wisdom.  Either I read or I write.  Both is towards enlightenment.


#traxxfm Managed to squeeze in the final hour for some nuggets of wisdom. Life should be a series of enlightenment after another.

I need a dose of human interaction.  This is as good as it gets.

The main goal here is to lose weight.  I have to reduce food intake and increase output.  There's no two ways to it.  I also need to withstand hunger.
