My BP shot up because I didn't sleep.
We got T - 2 hours.
I am not interested in their judgment. They are Closers. What I need is really to get them thinking about their roles as agents of change. Beyond that I don't have any expectation.
If they pickup the ball then it is really good for them. As for me, the bus is already en route to its destination. I am only picking up passengers along the line.
That also means I will be dropping off passengers who are not going to the final destination. I am a Spartan Cleaner. I need to do what I am meant to do.

Bringing down the ax is pretty common with me. If you notice, I do that quite frequently. I can bring down the ax on anybody including my own brother. Nothing personal. I am not here for a joy ride. I am taking care of business.
As far as I am concerned, if I cannot get an All Star, I don't want to waste time. Attitude is very important. I only play with serious players.
I don't care about the gender. I had axed quite a few of those from the opposite sex. I need cohesive team players.
So if the ax has to come down, it will not be based on the idea that I am a gentleman.
I will hit and I will hit hard. That is when Shinu Kikai O Motomo comes into play.
There are only 3 outcomes in a duel:
- You live
- You die
- Both die
I have to take the first option all the time. Otherwise if you notice, the other options are unacceptable.
Of course this is not a duel. So this is not a fatal move. Nevertheless, the attitude is win all or lose all.
Covey said, win-win or no deal. That is what I am doing with Els. I am taking that stance with her right now. Think Sarah, if I can do that with my best horse, I can do that with anybody. Regardless of gender or personal affinity.
I can do that with anybody except my kids because they are my blood. I can do that with Lizzie and you even. So don't cross my path.
The Shaz is there as a replacement if you noticed.
Always remember that power is either given or taken.

I have a dark side that cannot be tamed. I am contemptuous of weakness. Especially if a person is not playing according to the rule of the game.

I actually don't have to send that posting to Rex. However that is a message I am sending to Els and TraXX in general. I can discard anybody I like. I can bring the person up and I can bring him or her crashing down like I did to Double D.
Tell me Sarah. Should I do it? If you say no I will not include Els and The Shaz. I only send to Rex. If you don't intervene that means you agree with my approach.
Very well. I'll do it. To be frank, I had axed Diyana and Nigel but because they are not my best horses, they are also not my worst horses. So I am not that critical.
With Els, I know her weakness. She is afraid of being dumped. That's why yesterday she read my two Tweeted blogs instantaneously.
However Sarah, I like her a lot. So I will not shatter her confidence. Nevertheless she is the one who started it by not following the Golden Rule.
I am not a mean person, I however is not Mr Nice Guy either.

I can be very accommodating but I don't waste time talk cock sing song for nothing. Everything has its purpose. I am a man with a mission. I need to guard my mind from distractions.
Even as simple as missing my sleeping window means I miss a whole night sleep and AHAD.
I don't know how to explain this, it's like I am as Suzuki Roshi mentioned, a person on a railroad track that is beginningless and endless. I cannot get derailed from my track.
