I attended the wedding of my longest lasting best friend Zaki today. I knew him since kindergarten. I had a good meal. Normally I'll go for the second serving when I eat but today I only eat one serving.
With OMAD I am not that gullible with food anymore. That's the beauty of the human body, it regulates the hormone after you get things sorted out again.
The weight is coming down. I lost another kg this week. I don't think I can hit 85 kg before I see Dr Amarpreet though. I am now 86.7 kg and the meeting is this coming Tuesday.

Some message was lost when the PC went for an automatic shut off.

You and the Infinite Intelligence are linked in an infinite loop:
I am God and God is me. In my case God is me in the future. Zero is still Zero but we also have our own factors as the Infinite Intelligence. So you of the future is guiding you of the present to go through the Path seamlessly because he knows the nooks and crannies since he had gone through the Path before.
As long as you surrender to your fate (in Arabic this is basrah) then you will surely arrive. This is different from being fatalistic. In that case it is being helpless. Basrah here means you put your best effort and after you had done that you let go of the result. That is no longer your concern.
Just like you study hard for an exam, do your best to answer the questions and then you patiently wait for the result to come back. Basrah is that whole process. In the process you jazam (commit to follow through). Finally you tawakkal (cross your fingers).
