When I think about how simple it is to be healthy and happy, I cannot help but feel amazed by its simplicity. All I need is just do.
In the larger scheme of things, I then realize that there is no need for people to squabble among themselves.
You see, when we are alone, we can be anybody that we like. It is when we are among others we need to clearly define who we are. This is part of the herd mentality. As a herd we need to conform. Therefore the root of all evil is the need to conform. Those outside our sphere of comfort are seen as threats. Thus we fight all those who are not part of the herd.
I got to take a break. I am kinda sleepy right now.
