Ever since I started OMAD 39 days ago I had not been producing the desired outcome. Particularly it is due to the fact that I chew Nicorette throughout the day.
This whole month is basically no OMAD at all.
It boils down to commitment. I need to stay committed to my cause. I need to persist. Also I need to stop taking Nicorette.
Today I'll give it my best shot. I will exercise AHAD and I will eat OMAD. That's all it takes. I need to stay on course. I need discipline.
Then finally I need to be consistent. [] (if) I can have all 4, naturally I will be a success.
The mantra is, "It's not because I am happy I exercise, it is because I exercise therefore I am happy."
Now go and win the day!
