I feel alert after meal unlike when I eat rice. It has to be 75 - 80 % fat. Then I don't crave carbs.
I am so alert that if I want to I still can do kettlebell in 2 hours time. I won't be doing it today though.

This is how I naturally talk to people. I don't bicker or gossip. Mainly I talk about ideas. Something beneficial. That makes me a natural consultant. Something I love doing even if there is no money in my actions.
