I went to bed but I cannot sleep. So I came down again but I didn't turn on the PC.
So I end up spending some time with Al Araf 7:7.
Guess what I found out? With the exception of Dino the Marsupial the rest of Al Araf 7:7 do not Mushin No Shin. Therefore with a very limited few, my guess is they don't have cerebellum. I don't really know. Is it possible? It is just a theory.
They cannot tell either but basically that's the answer that I got. I don't really know what that means.
Zero is not telling either. It seems that Mushin No Shin is almost exclusively human and that's the thing that separated us as the creators. The rest of Al Araf 7:7 is dependent on Dino for the cerebellum function. That's all Zero is telling me.
