- To lose 30 kg
- To run 10 km per hour
The only way is to be thin and fast. It starts with diet and exercise. To achieve my goals I must do. I must eat OMAD and exercise AHAD.
If I can do this then the read, run and write will be a natural thing for me.
I have to be able to envision myself at 57 kg running a 4 hours marathon or a 2 hours half marathon. To achieve the goals I must progressively realize my worthy ideal.
The strength is in the daily commitment. Everyday I need to visualize who I will become.
Lesson from Relentless: "In order to have what you really want, you must first be who you really are"
So who should I be?
I should become as light as possible in my thoughts and my material possession. Think light, act light.
I cannot have many minds. I need to stay focus. In the end I should enrich my Universe Within. Already I abdicated Sparta 4964 to Jibrail. I need to be a Simple Man.
In the end, if I have nothing else but my health, that is good enough. Health is wealth. Health is happiness.

I have just a little bit more reading before I finish Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind. However I can conclude that all the answers are within us.
This is my Path. It cannot not be a different path. How do I know? Because when I steered away from the path I become off centered. I gain weight and I get inflammation.
Hahaha this song is on air:
I haven't heard of this song for quite awhile.

What I should be thinking now is to develop the winning attitude. It's all about attitude to be successful.
OK let's follow Nike's advice - JUST DO IT!
--------------------
I have second thought on this quote when I read the whole verse:
From here it seems we need to have a Beginner's Mind so that we have many options. However I am going for the expert's mind.
"The fox knows many things, the hedgehog knows one great thing."
I want to be the hedgehog.
That's why I said Zen teaching is full of contradictions. In Mushin No Shin we are not suppose to have many minds.
