Back to simplification. Back to being a Nothing if I want to be Everything I can be.
Do not carry excess baggage. All the External Affairs are unnecessary. Just concentrate on my goals:
- To lose 30 kg
- To run 10 km per hour
Even if this takes a lifetime so be it. It is still a worthy ideal.
Do nothing of no use.
Beyond becoming a man fully functioning everything else is just cloud in the coffee.
I need to keep my thoughts simple. Even if it means I need to drill the concept over and over again.
Note: To be considered. Nope I need to review my past entries for the rightness of my direction
