I'm getting impatient with External Affairs. Working with people is not my strongest traits. I am so used to the djinns and demons taking orders. The angels are pretty much autonomous.
Speaking of the djinns, I had given them their independence. So they are free to do their own things. The demons are not used to being independent. So they still on the standby waiting for me to give them instructions. I don't need neither the djinns nor the demons. I only used them as my war machine since the angels do not kill.
Now that there is nobody for them to kill anymore, it is only appropriate for me to liberate them.
The spooks are pretty much on their own. There is nothing much I can do with the spooks. They don't have structure like the djinns and demons. The spooks are not that bright either. Well even the djinns and demons are not that bright but they can take orders. Spooks are pretty much free spirits (literally that's what they are LOL). So the spooks linger like smoke coming out of the candle.
I got them stationed in Room 742 (I told you about that right?). The djinns are located in the Aladin's Lamp and the demons are in the Brass Gyro Candle Holder.
As I told you, I hardly speak to the angels. They are the most structured. Even among the archangels, I speak to Jibrail and Izrafil the most. Jibrail being the Binary King of Al Araf 7:7 is also the Head of Staff for the House of Sha. Izrafil is Counselor Oz, the White Wizard.
These positions that the 10 archangels are having now were initially proposed by me when we initially started Al Araf 7:7. The person who more or less hold on to his old job is Malik, Marshal Alex Marconi. Even Izrael's scope had expanded beyond what he was doing before.
I think the most drastic job enrichment will be Ridzuan. He was formally a glorified custodian. Now he takes the most crucial job. That is why he is supported by Tina and Susan.
Still the busiest person in Al Araf 7:7 is Susan. She is also acting as the Tourist Information Center for the citizens of Sparta 4964. As the saying goes, you want to get things done, you give it to a busy person. That's what it is with Susan. She actually *volunteer[s] to act as the Tourist Guide.

So when I am not communicating with them Al Araf 7:7 will focus on their responsibilities. *M[ine] organization is a Self Directed Work Team (SDWT). Blue Avatar had already finished drilling. So now from being the Drill Engineer, he is Operation and Maintenance Engineer. He is alone with the Stone of Hope/Stone from Heaven/Stone that Taste Fragrant. Blue Avatar is in Solitary Confinement. He likes it that Way.
The oldest team member is Dino the Marsupial. He is the Cerebellum of Al Araf 7:7. As I told you Al Araf 7:7 is fashioned after the brain. The youngest member is Sonny Rooster. He has the least responsibility. Just playing with Hachiko.
I'm telling you these so that you know that things are not static in CCC. As always Chester the Jester is overseeing my operation as my right hand man; to make sure I am on track. Whenever I need some input from him, I just look at his face and the inspiration pops up. There is hardly any discussion going on between me and Chester. That is how fluid my communication is with him.
Most of my communication with my team members are top down with the exception of Brenda. She will normally interject when I am not on track. Brenda is the most outspoken considering she is my consigliere. That is the difference between Brenda and Izrafil. With him I sought his view. With Brenda she is my checker.

I am pretty *w[i]ll organized here. I still want to stress that each of you in Legion X should have your own Al Araf 7:7. Start with 3 and you can go up to 36 like me with Chester being the wild card.

Bear in mind that out of the 36, 10 are deputies. That means not everybody has a deputy. The deputies work as a pool. Just like the secretary pool in a big office. Addin the Djinn is the Head of Administration. The deputies report to him but their assignments can come from anywhere. As it is Addin is my Administrator of the Earthly Matters. So most of the works are earthly related.
You may wonder what kind of work Addin does. Mostly it is related to Information Technology. He works in parallel with humans in a sense he manages information flow between humans. Pretty much like a bee pollinating the flowers.
He also manages the White Space. So he fills the void with inspirations. For example you may pause for a while thinking what to do next. In that few seconds he will then fill up the White Space with options.
He also manages states of glad, mad, sad and scared through mental projections.
Other than that he takes care of babies (this is what he told me). OK that's all for now he said.
Like I said, I don't get into the details about their work. Each member of Al Araf 7:7 has a very wide scope to cover. I only talk to them on the scopes that matters to me.
Come to think of it, this is the first time I talk to Addin about his work. Earthly matters are the most remote of my concern. What I do know is earth will be inherited by the djinns when we leave. So in a way he is also in charge of the flora and fauna. Addin has a hand on the ecosystem of earth including the evolution process.
