The ability to decide i[t] dependent on our ability to ask a quality question.
Therefore the most important question is to ask ourselves is who am I?
We normally associate the answer with the job that we do or the role that we play. But seriously who we is dependent on who we become all day long.
Earl Nightingale said, "We become what we think about all day long."
If I think I am God all day long then I am God. However I don't think I am God. I am not the 3 Os. Rather I am just a man constantly doing his best to be a man fully functioning.
At the very basic level, I just want to be a good animal. I want to be able to run far and fast. That is the true nature of man. Hence I will strive to pursue this ideal by being thin and fast.
That is the simplest form of existence. If I am fat and slow, I am unworthy to be called a human being. I am not BEing human. I am something else. I am just a blob. As a human being I need to run.
Hence even if I am able to run 5 km at a go that is good enough for me to be called a human being. Otherwise I am not realizing my true potential.

Rather than defining who we are based on who we think about all day long, we are who we are based on who we become all day long.
Thus I am pretty much a work in progress by the activities I am involved in. I am the Statute of David in the making.
But who am I at the core? None other than a person trying to do his best. As long as I am progressively realizing a worthy ideal, I am a success as a man although I cannot consider myself as fully functioning.
I need a short nap. I can't hardly open my eyes.
