I attended the wedding of my longest lasting best friend Zaki today. I knew him since kindergarten. I had a good meal. Normally I'll go for the second serving when I eat but today I only eat one serving.
With OMAD I am not that gullible with food anymore. That's the beauty of the human body, it regulates the hormone after you get things sorted out again.
The weight is coming down. I lost another kg this week. I don't think I can hit 85 kg before I see Dr Amarpreet though. I am now 86.7 kg and the meeting is this coming Tuesday.
